Hello beauties!

Bluu Cosmetics was born in Indiana. An attempt to create lipstick that I liked, and would like me back. And any brand that didn't dry my lips out, didn't come with many color options. I don't wear much makeup  but I am nothing without my lip color. My brand confirms that you can have it all...with a little water.
