WE ONLY REFUND ITEMS THAT WERE INCORRECTLY SHIPPED OR MISSING FROM YOUR ORDER & IT MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ORDER BEING DELIVERED. WE DO NOT SHIP REPLACEMENTS.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR EDIT A PLACED ORDER? To cancel an order you placed, please contact us through our contact form with the subject 'Order Cancellation' followed by your order number (ex. 'Order Cancellation (#1234)'). NO edits can be made once the order is placed. 

 

Lipstick contains almond oil so please be cautious if you have a nut allergy. 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK? All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website, then it is available to order. However, during busy periods where demand may outweigh the amount of stock we have, and we may not be able to fulfill your order. In this case, we will let you know as soon as possible or simply refund you.​

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? Orders take 2-4 business days to ship.  ORDERS ARE NEVER SHIPPED ON SATURDAY. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. All packages are shipped via USPS. The timeframe of delivery will vary based on your location in the United States. We are not responsible for any lost items during shipping. USPS should be contacted if any packages are lost.

IS MY PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFO SECURE ON YOUR SITE? All payments accepted on the site are processed by PayPal, and as such, your information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).

HOW DO I USE DISCOUNT CODES IN YOUR SHOP?  Upon adding products to the cart, you can enter a discount code in the input field labeled 'discount code' and then click the 'update total' or 'apply' button.​​​​                                 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been shipped. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.  PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL ME BEFORE THE PROCESSING DAYS ARE OVER ASKING FOR AN UPDATE (simply because there is no update, I am working to fulfill your order completely with love before your due date)

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED? All sales are final. If product is damaged when received, please contact me immediately and no later than 2 business days after you have received the item. Refund must be made within 24 hours of your purchase.
